A healthy heart gives vitality and compassion.  Discover some simple and practical tools from Maharishi Ayurveda to strengthen your heart as a pump and an organ of feeling.  Dr Brennan will discuss strategies to prevent and reverse heart disease, such as handling the causes of heart disease, diet for a healthy heart, physiological purification, coping with stress, importance of nourishing relationships, emotional health and 
herbs to support your heart.

Using pulse diagnosis and other assessments, the Ayurveda consultation reviews your health and lifestyle and gives advice on the best diet, lifestyle, routine and herbals for you.  Consultations take place between 9am - 5pm.
